Exploring Your Ancestry.com DNA Matches
This presentation will cover how to use Ancestry.com to explore your DNA matches. We’ll look at shared matches, family trees, relationship estimates, and other tools that can help you figure out how your matches may be related to you and what they can tell you about your family.
Diane Schmidt Bates, Ph.D. is an investigative genetic genealogist and developmental psychologist. She is a co-founder of Waypoint Investigative Genetic Genealogy and currently works as a Program Assistant for the Ramapo College Investigative Genetic Genealogy Center. She currently serves as Vice President of the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia. Diane has a Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Psychology and a certificate in Investigative Genetic Genealogy from Ramapo College.
