
Those interested in contributing to the AHSGR Journal should follow these guidelines:
- Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word and should be submitted as an email attachment.
- Submissions can be any length up to 6,000 words; although preferably they will be at least 2,000 words. Articles longer than 6,000 words may be published in two parts.
- Start the article with a title and author.
- Paragraphs should be in block style with no indentation, single-spaced. Double spaces should be placed between paragraphs. Double-space between subtitle and paragraph.
- The font should be Times New Roman 12 pt. Use one-inch margins.
- Only one space should be used after a period between sentences.
- All references and notes should be presented as numbered endnotes.
- Pictures, images (jpeg, pdf, or tiff format), tables and captions should be included at the end of the article with a note in the text about where they should appear.
- Pictures or images must belong to the author, be in the public domain (not copyrighted), or the author must have the permission of the owner to publish them.
- Authors should include a short biographical statement at the end of the article and may include a picture of themselves.
