Those interested in contributing to the AHSGR Newsletter should follow these guidelines:

  • The Newsletter committee selects articles that align with the current issue or the organization’s mission. While all contributions are appreciated, not all submissions will be published.
  • Please submit articles in Microsoft Word or Google Docs format as an email attachment to the Publications Coordinator.
  • Unless otherwise specified, articles should not exceed 600 words.
  • Begin each article with a title and the author’s name.
  • By submitting an article, you consent to editing for clarity and length as needed to fit available space.
  • Images must be owned by the author, in the public domain, or used with the owner’s permission.
  • Images should be high resolution, clear, and at least 1200 pixels with an ideal resolution of 300 DPI.
  • Due to space limitations, some submitted photographs and graphics may not be published.
