Pricing & Hours Early bird price (order by June 5, 2026): $135 Regular price (orders must be received by July 17, 2026): $150.

Standard, skirted, exhibit tables are offered (6′ x 30″)

Vendor set up: Tuesday, August 04 from 3:00pm-9:00pm; Wednesday, August 05 from 7:30am-9am; and anytime during Vendor Hours of Operation

Hours of operation for Vendors are:

•Wednesday, August 5 9:00am – 5:00pm

•Thursday, August 6 9:45am – 5:45am

•Friday, August 7 8:00am to 3:00p.m.

The Editorial and Publication Committee of the AHSGR Board of Directors will review and approve all publications/books the Vendor wishes to sell at convention. Approval must be received prior to the Convention. Vendor is required to provide the material by July 17, 2026.
