Amen; “Xenophobia and the Russian German Experience” by La Vern J. Rippley; “Treasured Traditions of Our People’ From the Cradle to the Grave” by Timothy J. Kloberdanz; “The History of the Germans From Russia Expressed in Song” by Lawrence A. Weigel; Rev. Benjamin Rieger’s explanation of how the hammer dulcimer is made and played; and five short speeches presented at the convention banquet. The issue also contains ecumenical service sermons, reports and recommendations from committee chairmen, open committee meetings and special reports, resolutions passed by the convention, a surname exchange, reviews, and nine pages of pictures.
