Honor your ancestor or promote your family reunion or business with an ad in our 2024 Convention Program. Ads can be purchased through online registration. AHSGR will reach out to you when you place an order for further information. Please note: controversial advertisements will not be accepted and AHSGR has final approval or denial authority.
Vendor tables
Vendor tables are available, at reasonable prices, for individuals or groups that would like to share information or products with AHSGR attendees.

Volunteers are needed in all areas. Consider helping the conference committee by signing up for at least two-hours or for an entire morning or afternoon. Indicate where you would like to work and the day and times you are available. You will be contacted by the volunteer coordinator prior to the convention with more information. Thank you for your help.

AHSGR Room Block rates are: $139 per night
