In November, the Central California Chapter of AHSGR invited AHSGR Archivist Karen Keehr to give advice and assistance on the organization and preservation of the chapter’s archives collection.
During her stay in Fresno, volunteers from the Central California Chapter (pictured above) prepared a special lunch for Karen as an appreciation for her efforts. The lunch included German sausage and kuchen.
The CCC’s museum will remain closed for the remainder of the year, as their digitization and preservation projects for the Cross Church collection continues. The chapter is also working to inventory their chapter’s documents and historic memorabilia, as well as entering their books into an online database.
