  1. “SORRY, THAT KEY DOES NOT SEEM TO BE VALID” is the response I get when I click the link to reset my password.

  2. I clicked the link in the announcement email for setting a new password, but I cannot do anything in any of the fields above — this is the first field that will let me enter anything, or even acknowledge that I am on the site. Since I am kind of frustrated now, I guess I will use it!

  3. For some reason the system is changing my user name also & I cannot figure out the right combination of user name & password

  4. New website looks fantastic!. I have one change. Under Research is my database for the Danish records. Could you please add Mike Meisinger and Herb Femling as authors. They both assisted me in going through the Danish records. If you are unable to do this, please delete my name. I do not want to take credit for everything.

    Thank you.

  5. Nevermind; I finally found the renew membership. But now I cannot pay the extra to get the printed Journals and Newsletters. Has that changed? Thanks again.

    1. Karen, it appears that we neglected to include this option on the membership renewal page. Thank you for identifying this oversight. We will work on fixing this early this week. In the meantime, if you would like to renew your membership over the phone and elect printed Journals and Newsletters you can call our office during business hours M-F, (402) 474-3363.

    1. Hi Donald, the new website is accessible to both members and non-members. However, when you login as a member you have access to member-exclusive content. The old website worked the same way.

I will send you a separate e-mail containing login instructions. This e-mail will come from help@ahsgr.org

  6. I have clicked on the “get new password” button several times and have not received a link. How long should this take? I thought it would be an automated process and be fairly immediate…

  7. Tried to pay annual invoice, obviously didn’t work as have received email saying my membership has ended. Website page often received error message.

  8. Website returns error. Annual invoice direct debit didn’t get processed so am no longer a member, system was very quick to tell me that.

  9. Hi Renee,

Since you are having difficulty receiving the e-mail message containing the password link, I have reset your password to AHSGR2022

Please login with this password and your username. Once you successfully login please reset your password to something different.

Let us know if this doesn’t work for you.

    Thanks
